Details: Hazel Restall created the artwork for this c.1960 GPO Greetings Telegram.

Restall was born in Edinburgh and studied at Edinburgh College of Art. She then moved to England where she taught for a number of years in Sussex. She was also a teacher of drawing at what is now the University of Brighton.

She returned to Edinburgh where she was a member of Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop and served on their board.
