Details: This Bulgarian stamp was printed in 1965. It was created to commemorate the 4th International Conference on Transport, Ports and Fisheries in Sofia.

The design was created by Stefan Kanchev (1915-2001), a Bulgarian artist who worked in all areas of applied arts. He designed book covers, posters, logos, postcards, advertisements, stamps and more. In 1971, he was honoured with the Bulgarian State title “National Artist”.
